SALES TAX

Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped within California are subject to the general sales tax according to location.

ORDER STATUS

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.

If an order is marked as 'Medium Risk' & ‘High Risk’ by our system, we will require the customer to provide identification (I.D.) that matches billing information before we are able to fulfill any order. If customer is unable to provide this, we will cancel the order and are unable to refund any orders.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS 

I'd like to modify my order/ I ordered the wrong size. Help!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify any details of your order after it has been placed. The shipping and payment methods, the number of products and the delivery address cannot be changed. 

I made a few orders, can I combine my shipping?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify any details of your order after it has been placed, nor to ship various orders together in the same package.

I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel any orders as all customers who shop with us, agree to the terms and conditions at checkout. By checking off these terms and conditions, you are agreeing you’ve read our store policy and are unable to cancel any order placed with us.

I live in LA, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer local pick ups. If you’d like to shop with us, you are more than welcome to place an order and select USPS Priority Mail and it’ll arrive to you within the next business day if ordered within Mon-Fri. If ordered during the weekend, your order will be shipped the following business day.

*Does not apply for pre-orders. Pre-order items will detail in the description the date your order will be shipped by.

My tracking number is not updating, what can I do?

We ask you to patiently wait 48-72 hours for a tracking number to update in the couriers system. If you do not see an update, please contact us and we will try to find a resolution to this by being in contact with the courier (USPS, or UPS, FedEx).  Mendoza LLC is not responsible for packages that may be lost or stolen. 

My tracking number is moving and it states the package was sent back, please help.

In the rare case that your package is sent back to us, it is very likely that the address was incorrect when the order was placed. If tracking number states package was sent back to MENDOZA, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost. 

My order states delivered, but it isn’t here. What are my options?

Ale Mendoza assumes the fault of USPS or UPS on a shipment that is marked delivered but is missing, lost or stolen. For more information please contact the courier directly.

I missed out on purchasing, will you restock?

MENDOZA is a zero-waste, slow-fashion house based in Los Angeles and create limited quantities. Unfortunately we do not restock any of our pieces. Be sure to have your post notifications on Instagram and be signed up to our newsletter to be notified for new releases you do not want to miss out on.
